Se você gosta de atuar em operações complexas de importação e exportação, possui conhecimento técnico em legislação aduaneira e busca desafios em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo, essa oportunidade pode ser o seu próximo destino!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Atuar na condução técnica das operações de comércio exterior da companhia, garantindo o correto enquadramento aduaneiro das importações e exportações, o cumprimento da legislação vigente e o controle dos regimes aduaneiros especiais aplicáveis ao setor aeronáutico.Abrangência:Atuação direta com áreas internas, despachantes aduaneiros, órgãos anuentes, fornecedores nacionais e internacionais e autoridades governamentais, assegurando a conformidade e eficiência das operações.Principais responsabilidades:Avaliar e definir o enquadramento aduaneiro das operações de importação e exportação;Realizar análise técnica e acompanhamento de processos vinculados a regimes aduaneiros especiais;Conduzir tratativas relacionadas a DI, DUIMP, LPCO, licenças, anuências e demais documentos aduaneiros;Acompanhar retificações, nacionalizações, regularizações documentais e encerramento de regimes especiais;Monitorar prazos legais e requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis às operações;Atuar junto aos despachantes aduaneiros garantindo a correta execução dos processos;Identificar riscos operacionais, fiscais e aduaneiros, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas;Apoiar auditorias, fiscalizações e demandas de órgãos governamentais;Elaborar controles, indicadores e relatórios gerenciais relacionados às operações de comércio exterior;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a conformidade regulatória da companhia.Além do desafio de:Gerenciar operações aduaneiras complexas em um ambiente altamente regulado, conciliando agilidade operacional, mitigação de riscos, conformidade fiscal e atendimento às necessidades da operação aeronáutica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:Ensino Superior Completo em Comércio Exterior, Administração, Relações Internacionais, Logística, Direito ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consolidada em operações de importação e exportação;Conhecimento avançado em legislação aduaneira e regimes aduaneiros especiais;Experiência anterior em despachante aduaneiro ou atuação equivalente na análise e orientação de operações aduaneiras;Conhecimento em DI, DUIMP, LPCO, anuências e processos de desembaraço aduaneiro;Inglês intermediário para comunicação com fornecedores e parceiros internacionais;Capacidade analítica e autonomia para condução de operações críticas.Conhecimentos desejáveis:Vivência no segmento aeronáutico;Conhecimento em SAP é um diferencial;Espanhol intermediário ou avançado é um diferencial;Experiência anterior em despachante aduaneiro ou atuação equivalente na análise e orientação de operações aduaneiras;Conhecimento de ferramentas de IA aplicadas à produtividade e análise de dados.Informações adicionaisAqui, você voa mais alto com o Benefício Viagem, que te permite emitir passagens aéreas nacionais e internacionais com descontos especiais para você, familiares e amigos.E não podemos esquecer dos Benefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida em grupo;Vale-refeição;Vale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;Wellhub ou Totalpass;Clube de parcerias com centenas de empresas conveniadas;Day off de aniversário;PPR.Informações Importantes:Local de Trabalho: SEDE Granja Julieta- São Paulo/SPHorário: Comercial.Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido 4x1 (Segunda a Quinta-feira - Presencial / Sexta-feira - Home Office).Se você se identifica com o nosso Jeito, inscreva-se agora e faça parte do Time de Águias!
