Contribuir com o gerenciamento dos processos de importação e exportação desde o recebimento do pedido, remessa, chegada, tramites aduaneiros, liberação da carga até a entrega no centro de distribuição e/ou operador logístico, através da atualização de acompanhamento e revisão de documentos, para garantir que  estejam em conformidade com a legislação aduaneira, intermediação com despachante, armadores, terminais, agentes de cargas, Receita Federal e orgãos anuentes ( Anvisa, DPF, MAPA e etc.). Construção e gerenciamento de indicadores, monitoramento do desempenho dos parceiros/ prestadores de serviços.Apoio com entendimento das solicitações das áreas internas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Realizar as atividades de importação e exportação, analisa e controla o fluxo de documentos das operações, regimes alfandegários e cambial, através do sistema interno integrado, garantindo a prontidão de liberação do material nos portos e aeroportos. Executar ações para auxiliar o cadastro de novos materiais, através de ferramenta interna, para avaliação e aprovação, dando continuidade ao fluxo de cadastro. Entendimento em classificação fiscal e especificação de produtos químicos. Atuar com gestão estratégica para garantir a qualidade das informações do acompanhamento das importações e exportações para a tomada de decisão com soluções intuitivas e ágeis.  Contribuir com a gestão de projetos, garantindo as prioridades e necessidades estratégicas avaliando impactos da mudança a partir de diretrizes recebidas
