The posting

Encargado de todo el proceso de exportación de la unidad en coordinación constante con los clientes internos, clientes ITC, clientes externos, agentes de carga/aduana, entre otros. Responsable en lograr que se realicen los envíos al exterior de forma eficiente, teniendo en cuenta la previa coordinación con las áreas internas como planeamiento, logística, producción. Buscando que se cumpla la proyección mensual en ventas al exterior de la unidad manteniendo el menor gasto operativo posible y dentro de los tiempos planificados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1 Realizar y ejecutar el programa de los embarques de exportaciones por mes 2 Conocer y ejecutar trámites a nivel de VUCE para las exportaciones de los contenedores. 3 Gestionar reservas con las líneas navieras y/o agentes de carga. 4 Manejar y conocer los requisitos de importación/ exportación. 5 Realizar los documentos de exportaciones frente a las autoridades portuarias y aduanas. 6 Gestionar carpetas de cada embarque de exportación con todos los documentos de trazabilidad hasta el cierre. 7 Cerrar los procesos con la contabilidad a través de la regularización de DAM’S y facturas por gastos de exportación 8 Mantener archivados los documentos de acuerdo con la culminación de los procesos. 9 Velar por el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas por el jefe directo 10 Atender los requerimientos de auditoría y de fiscalización. 11 Cumplir con las políticas internas y normas de comportamiento establecido en el Código de Ética y Conducta. 12 Mantener en orden el equipo y sitio de trabajo, reportando cualquier anomalía. 13 Cumplir con la normatividad legal, al Reglamento Interno de Trabajo, Reglamento interno de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y demás disposiciones, directivas, circulares, reglamentos, normas, etc. que emita o señale el EMPLEADOR; todas las cuales declara conocer por haber tomado conocimiento de ellas, por lo menos verbalmente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNivel académico  Universitario, Bachiller y/o Titulado Especialidad Administración de negocios internacionales o carreras afines Experiencia en el puesto Mínimo 04 años en el puesto 2.     IDIOMAS Portugués Deseable Inglés Nivel Intermedio   Español Necesario   3.     CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS Conocimientos del Puesto -          Incoterms, gestión documentaria aduanera y portuaria, nomenclatura arancelaria, operatividad aduanera, VUCE, entre otros. (Deseable) -          Conocimiento en las plataformas virtuales de carga de información hacia los clientes, mediante RP (SAP, entre otros). (Deseable) Conocimientos Informáticos -          Microsoft Office – Nivel Intermedio (Deseable) -          Sistema SAP - Nivel Intermedio (Necesario) Conocimientos Legales -          Normativa aduanera (Deseable)
