Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir a governança técnica e operacional do programa de ações e Stock Options, atuando como referência interna para avaliar, auditar e validar tecnicamente os relatórios de consultorias parceiras e aperfeiçoar as políticas da companhia;Mapear benchmarks de mercado e calibrar estruturas organizacionais, analisando spans of control, camadas hierárquicas e níveis de liderança por unidade de negócio;Elaborar planos de transição organizacional, mensurando e projetando custos com readequações salariais, alterações de cargos e expansão de headcount para suporte ao ciclo orçamentário anual (budget);Desenvolver pesquisas salariais, estudos de mercado e simulações de cenários para Remuneração Fixa, Variável e acompanhamento de ICP;Acompanhar a rotina operacional e a gestão tática do pacote de benefícios do Asaas;Assegurar o alinhamento das movimentações salariais e de cargos respeitando critérios técnicos, equidade interna e governança da área;Elaborar análises e pareceres técnicos de remuneração para apoiar a liderança e BPs na tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificações Sólida experiência prática com Incentivos de Longo Prazo no ecossistema de empresas Tech ou Fintechs;Vivência em Design Organizacional e estruturação de cargos;Experiência em pesquisas salariais, estudos de Remuneração Fixa/Variável e simulações de folha de pagamento;Curso superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento avançado em Excel/Google Sheets (construção de modelos e simulações dinâmicas);Noção tática da operação de rotina de Benefícios.

Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:Vivência com ferramentas ou softwares de gestão e governança de ILP/Stock Options;Experiência com workforce planning e metodologias de valoração/pesagem de cargos;Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI (Power BI) ou uso de ferramentas de automação/IA no dia a dia;Pós-Graduação ou especialização na área de Remuneração ou Finanças.

Modelo de Trabalho:Carga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira - não compensamos os sábados);Contratação CLT.
