Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na formalização e aplicação das políticas, normas e procedimentos internos;Implantar as normas e procedimentos que respaldem a estrutura de gestão de riscos, controles internos e compliance;Analisar as operações da entidade, identificando os riscos envolvidos, avaliando os controles existentes e recomendando novos controles, caso necessário, para garantia de adesão às normas e políticas internas e externas;Criar e executar procedimentos de teste para identificar a conformidade dos processos às regulamentações internas e externas;Criar e executar procedimentos de teste para certificar a eficácia dos controles;Coordenar os testes de segurança e conciliação do sistema de informações;Reportar, aos níveis gerenciais responsáveis, as fragilidades e erros identificados e as recomendações emitidas, negociando os prazos para sua implantação;Apoiar ações de conscientização em Governança Corporativa, com ênfase nos Controles Internos, Gestão de Riscos e Compliance;Aplicar e monitorar treinamentos relacionados com Controles Internos, Gestão de Riscos e Compliance;Participar do processo de avaliação e identificação de riscos de integridade e corrupção aplicáveis ao negócios e recomendações de planos de ação para sua mitigação; Entre outras atividades inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento em sistemas de informação, técnicas de identificação e mapeamento de riscos, mapeamento de processos, classificação e avaliação de riscos e controles internos;Conhecimento em nível intermediário ou avançado em Pacote Office.Requisitos Desejáveis:Experiência com implementação e manutenção de Programa de Integridade e Compliance e com Investigações Internas.Pós graduação ou cursos relacionados à auditoria, compliance e áreas relacionadas;Experiência em auditoria ou controles internos;Experiência na elaboração de normativos de Governança, Riscos e Compliance;Conhecimento na Lei Anticorrupção (12.846/2013) e ESG;Informações adicionaisBenefícios de trabalhar na Camed:🟠 Plano de Saúde Camed🟠 Seguro de Vida🟠 Wellhub (acesso a academias, estúdios e aplicativos de bem-estar)🟠 Cartão Refeição: R$ 1.002,36🟠 Cartão Alimentação: R$ 624,66🟠 13º Cesta Alimentação: R$ 624,66🟠 Auxílio Creche: R$ 498,62🟠 Auxílio para Filho(a) com Deficiência: R$ 549,83 por filho(a) (a partir de 7 anos, sem limite de idade)🟠 Abono Anual🟠 Previdência Privada🟠 2 Folgas Anuais (após 1 ano de empresa)🟠 Day Off no mês do aniversári🟠 PAS – Programa de Aperfeiçoamento SuperiorOutras informações:Disponibilidade de 8h/dia – de segunda a sexta-feira (8h às 17h) para trabalhar em Fortaleza/CE.
