Com atuação dinâmica e em constante expansão no ambiente digital e financeiro, nossa Diretoria de Riscos e Compliance desempenha papel fundamental na proteção institucional, na garantia da conformidade legal e na promoção de uma cultura de ética e integridade irrestritas.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Compliance / PLD Pleno com perfil investigativo, analítico e proativo para atuar diretamente no monitoramento de operações, investigações de atipicidades e evolução de ferramentas analíticas na esteira de Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro e Financiamento ao Terrorismo (PLD/FT).Responsabilidades e atribuições

·       Tratamento e Monitoramento de Alertas: Conduzir a triagem, análise e tratamento tempestivo de alertas gerados em plataformas de monitoramento transacional, identificando comportamentos atípicos e possíveis indícios de lavagem de dinheiro, fraude ou financiamento ao terrorismo.

·       Investigação Aprofundada e Dossiês: Realizar análises investigativas completas integrando histórico de movimentação financeira, dados cadastrais, consultas em bureaus de crédito, listas restritivas e fontes públicas, formalizando dossiês e pareceres técnicos conclusivos.

·       Comunicações Regulatórias e Medidas Cautelares: Subsidiar a tomada de decisão para reporte de operações suspeitas aos órgãos reguladores competentes (como o COAF), além de instruir medidas preventivas de bloqueio, desbloqueio cautelar ou encerramento de contas.

·       Rotinas de KYs e PEP: Executar e apoiar os processos de Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Partner (KYP), Know Your Employee (KYE) e Know Your Vendor (KYV), acompanhando Pessoas Politicamente Expostas (PEP) e sanções globais.

·       Acompanhamento de Prazos e SLAs: Garantir rigoroso cumprimento dos prazos regulatórios e operacionais da esteira de alertas, assegurando a rastreabilidade e a qualidade das análises.

·       Otimização e Calibração de Regras: Colaborar ativamente na avaliação de cenários e parâmetros de monitoramento para aprimorar a eficácia dos filtros e reduzir falsos positivos.

·       Indicadores e Dados da Área: Desenvolver, manter e atualizar relatórios gerenciais e painéis de volumetria utilizando ferramentas como Power BI e Excel avançado.

·       Melhoria Contínua e Automação: Identificar oportunidades contínuas de automação e otimização em fluxos operacionais internos.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Atuação sólida e prévia em áreas de PLD/FT, Compliance, Prevenção a Fraudes ou Riscos Operacionais, preferencialmente em instituições financeiras, bancos digitais, fintechs, adquirentes/meios de pagamento ou grandes varejistas.• Sólido domínio das diretrizes regulatórias e normativas aplicáveis a PLD/FT (em especial normativas do Banco Central do Brasil, como a Circular BACEN nº 3.978, e legislações correlatas).• Experiência consistente na condução de investigações transacionais atípicas e redação de pareceres técnicos e dossiês fundamentados.• Domínio intermediário a avançado de Excel (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e cruzamentos) e vivência com ferramentas de inteligência de dados (Power BI ou similares).• Superior completo ou em andamento em Direito, Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisAlguns benefícios que você terá conosco:  Um ambiente dinâmico e em crescimento acelerado que permite muita autonomia; PLR ou Bônus; Assistência Médica e Odontológica; Vale Refeição; Licenças maternidade e paternidade estendidas; Incentivo à prática de atividade física: Wellhub e Total Pass; Previdência Privada; Seguro de vida; Assistência Funeral; Programa Acolher (Atendimento psicológico, Consultoria Previdenciária, Financeira e Jurídica gratuitas); Programa Viver Bem: Telemedicina e Telepsicologia gratuitos
