Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Compliance Pl. para atuar de forma próxima aos processos de ética, integridade e conformidade, com foco na análise e investigação de demandas recebidas pela área.A posição terá papel importante na condução de investigações, realização de entrevistas, análise de evidências e acompanhamento de processos relacionados ao canal de denúncias e às demais frentes de Compliance.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Atuar no sistema de Compliance e no canal de denúncias, realizando o acompanhamento e tratamento das demandas recebidas;Conduzir investigações relacionadas às denúncias e demais casos de Compliance;Analisar documentos, informações e evidências para apoiar a apuração dos casos;Realizar entrevistas com denunciantes, envolvidos e demais partes relacionadas às investigações;Acompanhar e analisar formulários de Compliance, incluindo conflitos de interesse, cortesias comerciais, entre outros;Participar da revisão e atualização de políticas e procedimentos de Compliance;Apoiar treinamentos e ações de conscientização relacionados a ética, integridade e Compliance;Acompanhar indicadores, controles e planos de ação da área;Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Direito ou áreas correlatas;Experiência profissional em Compliance, Ética e Integridade;Experiência com entrevistas e condução de denúncias;Conhecimento em sistemas de Compliance e canal de ética;Experiência com processos de investigação e análise de evidências;Boa capacidade de comunicação e condução de entrevistas;Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas do Pacote Office.Será considerado diferencial:Certificação ou especialização em Compliance;Espanhol intermediário;🧩 Competências comportamentaisPensamento crítico e capacidade investigativa;Comunicação assertiva e escuta ativa;Organização e autonomia;Inteligência emocional para condução de situações sensíveis;Discrição e confidencialidade;Capacidade de análise e tomada de decisão;Postura ética e imparcial;Colaboração e orientação para resultados.
