O time atua de forma integrada com as áreas de Comercial, Jurídico e Financeiro, sendo responsável por assegurar que as operações estejam aderentes às políticas internas, exigências regulatórias e melhores práticas de mercado.A posição terá atuação direta na condução de análises de KYC (Know Your Customer), due diligence de clientes e fornecedores, contribuindo para tomadas de decisões seguras e sustentáveis para o negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e implementar atividades de Due Dillingence, controles internos e mapeamento de processos;Construção/revisão das políticas institucionais, Código de Conduta e identificação de riscos ocultos ou problemas de não conformidade;Monitorar, identificar e, avaliar os riscos de Compliance e acompanhar os respectivos planos de ação para mitigação;Realizar auditorias internas para garantir a aderência às políticas e identificar áreas de melhoria;Manter-se atualizado sobre as leis, regulamentos e melhores práticas que se aplicam à organização, realizando as atividades em estreita colaboração com departamento Jurídico;Contribuir para o fortalecimento da cultura de gestão de controles internos da companhia;Garantir aderência às políticas internas de risco e compliance;Realizar acompanhamento periódico de documentações societárias, financeiras e cadastrais;Preparação de reports gerenciais e indicadores relacionados à área de compliance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Administração, Direito, Finanças ou áreas afins;Experiência com as frentes planejamento, controle e treinamento de compliance;Experiência na condução processos de KYC;Forte capacidade de interação com múltiplas áreas, senso de priorização e autonomia para atuação em um ambiente dinâmico;Visão estratégica e analítica de processos;Conhecimento avançado de pacote Office;Inglês Avançado;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em modelo 100% presencial, no escritório de São Paulo, na região da Vila OlímpiaInformações adicionais Plano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação); Seguro de Vida; Vale refeição; Vale alimentação; Vale transporte; Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance);Wellhub.
