Afinal, na Light, temos o compromisso com a ética e a integridade.Traga a sua energia para a Light!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeus principais desafios serão:Apoiar na gestão do Canal de Denúncias da Companhia;Operacionalização do processo investigativo, triagem de denúncias, produção de análises e suporte às investigações conduzidas pela área de Compliance.Elaborar planos de investigação e conduzir as apurações relacionadas às suspeitas de irregularidades, de fraudes e/ou de desvios de conduta com objetivo de identificar os envolvidos e o modus operandi, objetivando a mitigação de riscos para a Companhia;Proceder análises sistêmicas, entrevistas e outras técnicas de investigação, contemplando análise de evidências documentais, eletrônicas e financeiras;Documentar os papéis de trabalho;Elaborar relatórios investigativos executivos;Apoiar no gerenciamento de fornecedores de computação forense e e-Discovery;Apoiar a preservação de evidências digitais;Realizar análises de dados para identificação de padrões de fraude;Apoiar na produção de indicadores e métricas de investigações;Propor melhorias de controles internos decorrentes dos casos investigados; Interagir com Jurídico, RH, Auditoria Interna, Segurança da Informação e áreas de negócio;Monitorar planos de ação decorrentes das investigações;Produzir indicadores e dashboards;Suportar eventuais processos corretivos e de remediação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos necessários:Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Sólida experiência em forensic servises.Conhecimento técnico em: Gestão de Canal de Denúncias e/ou hotline; metodologias investigativas; entrevistas investigativas; fraudes corporativas; análise sistêmica e documental; cadeia de custódia; computação forense; e-Discovery.Experiência em elaboração de apresentações e/ou relatórios;Domínio de ferramentas de Pacote Office (em especial, Word, Excel e Power Point).Desejável:Certificações em compliance (CFE, CCEP, CPIIC, CPC-A, entre outros);Conhecimento de Protocolos de Rede, TCP e UDP e serviços tais como SSH, Telnet, FTP, DNS , etc;Conhecimento básico do Active Directory (criação de contas, políticas de usuários, OU, etc);Conhecimento básico em administração e suporte de usuários no sistema operacional Windows;Noções em administração e suporte em Servidores Windows Server;Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Vale-alimentação; Vale-refeição;Assistência médica; Assistência odontológica;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados;Previdência privada;Seguro de vida;Auxilio farmácia;Wellhub;Convênios com empresas parceiras;Programa de treinamentos e desenvolvimento contínuo.Informações extras:Local de Trabalho: Centro, Rio de Janeiro - RJAcreditamos que a diversidade fortalece nosso time.
