Aqui, cada colaborador faz parte de uma equipe unida, que trabalha diariamente para oferecer experiências de qualidade aos nossos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Responsável pela gestão de fornecedores homologados e também captação de novos parceiros.• Atendimento as solicitações de compra dos hotéis e negociação com fornecedores (Capex e Suprimentos), visando o fechamento de compras dentro das melhores condições de preço, qualidade e prazo de entrega.• Gestão da plataforma de compras (Nimbi).• Orientação ao solicitante quanto a padrão de sua bandeira e recomendar o produto adequado.• Emissão dos pedidos de compra e encaminhamento aos fornecedores;• Acompanhamento do processo de entrega do cumprimento final de todas as condições negociadas, assim como fazer o acompanhamento dos pedidos, visando assegurar sua entrega no prazo estabelecido;• Monitoramento e análise do desempenho dos fornecedores e produtos homologados, sugerindo melhorias no processo objetivando sempre a excelência no atendimento e padrão dos hotéis;• Análise de relatórios e estatísticas sobre compras;• Negociação através da metodologia de Strategic Sourcing;• Treinamento referente ao Portal de Compras de Suprimentos com hotéis e fornecedores;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em compras, negociação com fornecedores e gestão de pedidos.Conhecimento em Excel, sistemas de compras/ERP e controle de custos.Habilidade de negociação, organização e relacionamento com fornecedores.Conhecimento no segmento hoteleiro será um diferencial.Informações adicionais• Convênio Médico• Convênio Odontológico• Seguro de Vida• Vale Transporte• Vale Alimentação
