Buscamos um(a) Analista de Compras para integrar nosso time de Suprimentos, atuando nos processos de aquisição de materiais, equipamentos e serviços, desde a análise das solicitações até a negociação e acompanhamento das entregas. ANALISTA DE COMPRAS (1)Procuramos um profissional com perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com boa capacidade de negociação e relacionamento, que contribua para o desenvolvimento de fornecedores, melhoria dos processos e atendimento eficiente às necessidades das áreas internas. ANALISTA DE COMPRAS (1)

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar as solicitações de compras das diferentes áreas da empresa, identificando necessidades, prioridades e oportunidades de consolidação das demandas;Realizar processos de cotação junto a fornecedores nacionais e internacionais, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos;Analisar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações buscando as melhores condições de preço, prazo, qualidade e atendimento;Emitir e acompanhar ordens de compra, realizando follow-up junto aos fornecedores até a efetiva entrega dos materiais ou execução dos serviços;Prospectar, desenvolver e homologar novos fornecedores, contribuindo para a ampliação e qualificação da base de parceiros;Manter relacionamento com fornecedores e clientes internos, atuando na solução de dúvidas, divergências, atrasos de entrega e demais ocorrências relacionadas aos processos de compras;Realizar e manter atualizados os cadastros de fornecedores, produtos e serviços nos sistemas corporativos;Controlar a documentação de fornecedores, acompanhando prazos de validade e eventuais pendências;Realizar o recebimento, conferência e lançamento de notas fiscais, faturas e boletos relacionados aos contratos das empresas do grupo;Apoiar a organização e priorização das atividades da área, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e demandas de Suprimentos;Atuar em conformidade com os procedimentos internos de Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho;Contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua dos processos de compras e relacionamento com fornecedores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com processos de compras, cotações e negociação com fornecedores;Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e legislação tributária aplicada a compras;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com domínio de Excel;Boa capacidade de análise, organização, comunicação e negociação;Perfil proativo, com foco em resultados e bom relacionamento com clientes internos e fornecedores;Inglês será considerado um diferencial.
