Nesta posição, você terá um papel importante na otimização de custos, desenvolvimento de fornecedores e melhoria contínua dos processos de compras.Se você é uma pessoa que gosta de negociar, encontrar oportunidades, construir boas parcerias e transformar análises em decisões, queremos conhecer você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos de compras de materiais, produtos e serviços, desde a solicitação até a conclusão da aquisição;Realizar cotações, análises comerciais e negociações com fornecedores, buscando melhores condições de preço, prazo e qualidade;Desenvolver, avaliar e homologar fornecedores, mantendo relacionamento e acompanhamento de performance;Realizar follow-up de pedidos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega e tratativas necessárias;Pesquisar e analisar o mercado, identificando novos fornecedores, oportunidades de redução de custos e alternativas de aquisição;Analisar propostas comerciais e realizar comparativos para apoiar a tomada de decisão;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas, procedimentos e fluxos internos de compras;Acompanhar indicadores da área e elaborar análises relacionadas a custos, prazos, fornecedores e desempenho das compras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência na área de Compras e negociação com fornecedores;Conhecimento em processos de compras, cotação, análise de propostas e acompanhamento de pedidos;Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Experiência com sistemas ERP será um diferencial;Capacidade de análise de custos, preços e condições comerciais;Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo, com boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação.Informações adicionaisBenefícios que fazem a diferença!✨ Vale Refeição – R$630,00 mensais🎉 Prêmio Presente – R$300,00 (Conforme política interna)🏖️ Convênios com SESC, Universidades e Escolas de Idiomas📚 Aulas de Inglês In company (disponível após período de experiência)🩺 Conexa Saúde (Psicólogos, Nutricionistas e Clínico Geral)❤️ Plano de Saúde (disponível após o período de experiência)🛍️ Desconto de 20% nas lojas e nas operações de A&B do Grupo.
