Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Compras & PCP para integrar o time de uma marca de moda feminina. A empresa tem forte presença no e-commerce e aposta em estratégias digitais inovadoras para oferecer uma experiência completa às suas clientes.Seu objetivo será garantir a execução do plano de produção da empresa, coordenando compras, fornecedores e PCP para que os produtos sejam entregues no prazo, dentro dos custos negociados e de acordo com o padrão de qualidade definido pela marca.A posição será responsável pelo acompanhamento dos pedidos de produção de ponta a ponta, desde a contratação de matérias-primas e fornecedores até a entrega do produto acabado, atuando de forma próxima às áreas de Planejamento, Produto e Qualidade..Responsabilidades e atribuições🌟 Responsabilidades:ComprasRealizar cotações e negociações de tecidos, aviamentos, facções, produtos acabados e demais insumos.Negociar preços, prazos, mínimos e condições comerciais com fornecedores.Realizar pedidos de tecidos, aviamentos e produção.Acompanhar pedidos e disponibilidade de materiais até sua entrega.Manter relacionamento e follow-up com fornecedores.Buscar alternativas diante de indisponibilidade, atraso ou problemas de fornecimento.Negocar, desenvolver e ampliar a base de fornecedores.PCPReceber de Planejamento as quantidades, prioridades e datas e transformá-las em programação de produção.Abrir e acompanhar os pedidos de produção.Programar produções junto às facções.Garantir que cada fornecedor tenha, no momento necessário, tecido, aviamentos, ficha técnica, peça lacre, modelagem, etiquetas e demais informações/insumos.Coordenar o fluxo de materiais para os fornecedores.Acompanhar as etapas produtivas e fazer follow-up dos pedidos.Controlar datas planejadas, prometidas e realizadas.Antecipar riscos e gargalos de produção.Propor alternativas e reprogramações quando necessário.Agendar e acompanhar entregas.Manter status e previsões de produção confiáveis e atualizados.Conduzir cada pedido até sua conclusão.QualidadeGerenciar a Qualidade através de equipe interna ou externa.Programar inspeções conforme o cronograma produtivo.Garantir que fornecedor, documentação e referências estejam preparados para a inspeção.Acompanhar SLA e resultados das inspeções.Receber e conduzir as não conformidades junto aos fornecedores.Negociar e acompanhar correções, retrabalhos, reposições e demais soluções.Solicitar e acompanhar reinspeções quando necessário.Acompanhar performance e reincidência de problemas por fornecedor.Atuar para melhorar continuamente prazo e qualidade dos fornecedores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Experiência anterior em Compras, PCP ou Produção, preferencialmente no segmento de moda/confecção.Conhecimento do fluxo produtivo de confecção e relacionamento com facções e fornecedores.Experiência com negociação e acompanhamento de pedidos.Conhecimento de tecidos, aviamentos e matérias-primas.Capacidade de trabalhar com cronogramas, prazos e múltiplas produções simultaneamente.Conhecimento de Excel e sistemas ERP.Facilidade para organização e atualização de controles.🎓 Diferenciais:Experiência combinada em Compras + PCP.Experiência com produção terceirizada de moda.Conhecimento de Linx/Millennium ou sistemas similares.Experiência com custos, margens, sourcing e fornecedores.Conhecimento de consumo, corte e etapas de produção de confecção.Informações adicionaisRegime: CLTSalário: Estamos trabalhando com pretensão salarialBenefícios:Vale refeição R$ 800,00Plano de saúde: 50% pago pela empresa Day Off de aniversárioLocal: Niterói/RJ, com contato e visitas a fornecedores quando necessárioHorário: de segunda a sexta de 9 às 18h.
