Buscamos um Analista de Compras para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional na condução de processos de aquisição voltados a fornecedores de tecnologia — incluindo hardware, software, serviços e infraestrutura. Esse profissional será responsável por realizar negociações, gestão logística, controle de contratos e relacionamento com fornecedores, garantindo as melhores condições comerciais e o cumprimento de prazos e qualidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar cotações, negociações e fechamento de pedidos de compra de materiais e serviços com foco em tecnologia.Avaliar e desenvolver fornecedores, buscando melhores condições comerciais, qualidade e prazo de entrega.Acompanhar e controlar processos logísticos (entrada de mercadoria, prazos de entrega, follow-up com fornecedores).Realizar constantes checks no Estoque e manter o estoque e sistema atualizado.Realizar análises de custos, contratos e comparativos para tomada de decisão.Gerir requisições de compras no sistema ERP (Totvs).Atuar em conjunto com áreas como TI, financeiro e jurídico para alinhar as aquisições estratégicas.Garantir o compliance nas aquisições e nas políticas internas da empresa.Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e transformação digital na área de suprimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia com compras em empresas de tecnologia, startups ou áreas de TI.Conhecimento de processos logísticos e cadeia de suprimentos.Forte habilidade de negociação e análise de contratos.Domínio de Excel (nível intermediário/avançado).Vivência com sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.).Orientação Estratégica, Avaliação e Decisão, Excelência na Execução, Autoconfiança, Relacionamento e Comprometimento.Informações adicionais📍Vaga hibrida (2x na semana presencial) 📍Localidade da Empresa: São Paulo - SP (prox.
