Realizar é com a gente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Compras e Negociação:Simular negociações de preços, prazos de entrega e condições de pagamento diante de cenários de reajuste de insumos ou variação de lead time, buscando preservar o orçamento e o fluxo de caixa.Elaborar e redigir e-mails formais e alinhamentos comerciais com fornecedores para fechamento de acordos.Construir mapas comparativos de cotações avaliando o Custo Total de Propriedade (TCO), impostos e fretes, e não apenas o menor preço nominal.Homologação e Desenvolvimento de Fornecedores:Definir critérios de elegibilidade para homologação de novos parceiros (documentação fiscal, saúde financeira, certificações de qualidade e conformidade).Criar matrizes de avaliação de desempenho (vendor rating) para fortalecer o relacionamento estratégico com o mercado e mitigar riscos.Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs):Calcular e analisar o Saving gerado a partir de negociações e preços históricos.Monitorar o Lead Time médio de entrega dos principais fornecedores para identificar gargalos operacionais.Medir o índice OTIF (On-Time In-Full) com base na pontualidade e integridade dos recebimentos.Rotinas Operacionais e Integração com Sistemas:Emitir e acompanhar Pedidos de Compra (OCs) garantindo a correta amarração com centros de custo e requisições originais.Realizar a interface com os setores fiscal e financeiro para solucionar eventuais divergências entre notas fiscais e ordens de compra.Utilizar sistemas ERP (Oracle), ferramentas de gestão de chamados (Jira) e Excel avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas de busca e consolidação de bases de dados de compras).
