Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Compras Pleno para atuar em uma indústria global líder em seu segmento. Essa posição será responsável pela gestão estratégica de compras, negociação com fornecedores, desenvolvimento de novas fontes de suprimentos e suporte às iniciativas de redução de custos e otimização da cadeia de abastecimento.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver e homologar fornecedores da categoria de alimentos;Conduzir processos de cotação (RFQs/RFPs) e negociações comerciais;Liderar a emissão e acompanhamento de pedidos de compra (POs);Identificar oportunidades de novos fornecedores e alternativas de abastecimento;Mapear oportunidades de savings e melhorias de custo em toda a cadeia de suprimentos;Realizar análises de mercado, tendências, preços e movimentações de fornecedores;Construir relacionamentos estratégicos com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais;Acompanhar indicadores de Compras e Supply Chain, propondo planos de ação quando necessário;Atuar em parceria com diferentes stakeholders internos, garantindo alinhamento das estratégias de compras;Elaborar análises comparativas considerando preço, frete, impostos, prazo de entrega e condições de pagamento.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência em Compras, Procurement ou Strategic Sourcing; Vivência no segmento de alimentos, bebidas, indústria ou distribuição; Experiência prática com desenvolvimento e gestão de fornecedores; Conhecimento em negociações comerciais e análise de custos; Domínio de indicadores de Compras e Supply Chain; Inglês avançado/fluente para interação frequente com fornecedores e stakeholders internacionais; Excel intermediário/avançado (PROCV/XLOOKUP, Tabela Dinâmica, SOMASES e análise de dados); Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado um diferencial; Formação superior completa (Engenharia será considerada um diferencial, mas não é mandatória).

Informações adicionais Buscamos profissionais com experiência em processos de compras, negociação e gestão de fornecedores, além de perfil analítico, visão de negócio e habilidade para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e multicultural. Experiência em indústria e inglês intermediário/avançado serão considerados diferenciais importantes.
