Há mais de 35 anos, a Quant é líder de mercado nesse segmento, mantendo e melhorando a segurança, a produção e o desempenho dos equipamentos em mais de 400 instalações do mundo todo.A Quant está sediada em Estocolmo, na Suécia, e continua sendo líder na prestação de serviços profissionais de manutenção industrial e predial, com uma presença global.Vem fazer parte deste time !!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:• Gerar e tratar as demandas de pedidos no ERP homologado pela Quant em conformidade com as normas, procedimentos e políticas da companhia;• Criar parcerias e negociar junto a fornecedores de materiais e serviços os melhores preços (custo x benefício), prazos de entrega adequados e a melhor forma de pagamento para a organização;• Solicitar e analisar propostas e cotações formais, de acordo com o Procedimento de Compra da companhia;• Gerar relatórios comparativos de preço, prazos de entrega, prazo de pagamento e qualidade;• Comunicar formalmente fornecedores e/ou contratados sobre compra de produtos e/ou serviços;• Acompanhar o processo de pagamento de faturas dos fornecedores contratados, mantendo uma comunicação direta com departamento CTR e FIN;• Elaborar planilhas de controle (KPIs, processo e outras);• Participar de mobilizações de novos contratos;Obrigações:•  Respeitar as regras legais do Código de Conduta;•  Negociar os melhores preços e prazos com fornecedores;• Buscar oportunidades de melhora nos processos internos e externos• Interação com as lideranças dos contratos• Manutenção do inventário de ativos da companhia• Efetuar compras com fornecedores de confiança e acompanhar os pedidos realizados desde o início da compra até o pagamento;Vaga afirmativa para PCDResidir próximo as cidades de Indaiatuba e Sorocaba.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência na área;Conhecimento de Informática, Pacote Office;Conhecimento de Processos de Compras e Sistema de ERP Dynamics / (SAP);Informações adicionaisResidir próximo as cidades de Indaiatuba e Sorocaba.Benefícios:📍Assistência Médica: Amil;📍Assistência Odontológica: Odontoprev;📍Vale Refeição- Flex no valor de R$ 50,00 por dia;📍TOTAL PASS;📍 VT;📍Convênio com Farmácia: Epharma;📍 Parceria com o SESI;📍 Parceria com Escola de Idiomas;Vaga afirmativa para PCD.
