Somos uma instituição de ensino formada por professores, coordenadores, diretores e colaboradores que acredita na educação como a melhor maneira de formar crianças e jovens vencedores, capazes de conquistar seu próprio sucesso, no campo em que desejarem.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Comunicação, integrando o time de Comunicação do Núcleo Elite, no Rio de Janeiro.A atuação exige boa comunicação, organização, criatividade, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, transformando informações em conteúdos claros, estratégicos e alinhados à identidade da marca.Buscamos uma pessoa criativa, resolutiva, colaborativa e adaptável, com interesse em atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e de grande escala, contribuindo para a comunicação e os objetivos do negócio.Juntos com nossos mais de 30 mil alunos e familiares, formamos um time ainda maior e com valores fortes, vividos a todo momento em cada uma das nossas escolas - AMOR, GARRA, FOCO e MÉRITO.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Demandas e ProcessosEstruturar briefings, definir cronogramas e organizar o fluxo diário de demandas do time de Comunicação;Acompanhar o status das demandas junto à equipe de criação, agências e fornecedores externos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos;Realizar a validação e aprovação de peças publicitárias e institucionais, conforme as diretrizes da marca;Acompanhar captações de fotos e vídeos nas unidades;Apoiar na identificação de pautas e na aprovação de releases junto à assessoria de imprensa;Negociar prazos e encaminhar materiais para impressão junto a gráficas, produtoras e agências parceiras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFomação: Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Jornalismo ou áreas afins. Competências Essenciais: Organização e gestão do tempo, com foco em prazos e entregas;Comunicação clara e objetiva;Boa escrita;Bom relacionamento interpessoal com fornecedores e agências;Agilidade na execução das demandas;Senso de responsabilidade;Proatividade.
