Buscamos um talento interno para posição de Analista de Comunicação e Treinamento da Força de Vendas Pleno para atuar em nossa área de Treinamento.#SomosJequitiResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista de Comunicação e Treinamento da Força de Vendas Pleno, você estará a frente dos desafios:Preparar o plano de treinamento e calendário de ações, conforme datas e peças a serem divulgadas para a força de vendas, através de apresentações e acompanhamento diário, a fim de garantir o alinhamento da estratégia comercial;Criar roteiros de orientação dos lançamentos de produtos e necessidades de vendas, por meio de alinhamento de briefing com os times internos ou agências, de todos os materiais de toolkit, promoções, incentivos e treinamento a serem enviados para as consultoras visando o alinhamento das estratégias comerciais;Revisar peças de comunicação e disparo (toolkit e promoções), periodicamente nos grupos de WhatsApp a fim de apoiar o time de força de vendas da melhor maneira possível;Redigir roteiros de orientação dos treinamentos para a força de vendas, visando a divulgação do PDL (programa de desenvolvimento de líderes), a integração de novos colaboradores com orientação sobre as estratégias comerciais, sistema de pedidos e interface com as áreas internas, a fim de manter o alinhamento das estratégias da empresa;Alinhamento de briefing com os times internos, a fim de gravar vídeos, brifar materiais de guias de treinamento, criar textos dos comunicados que seguem para as consultoras e toda a cadeia do time de vendas;Liderar as ações de desenvolvimento de acesso aos portais de treinamento (Jequiti com Você e Academia Jequiti), por meio do desenvolvimento de materiais e enxovais periodicamente, para gerar engajamento indireto com as informações estratégicas;Acompanhar e avaliar os resultados dos treinamentos aplicados, por meio da avaliação de 100% dos casos, monitorando resultados das consultoras e líderes, a fim de entender a necessidade de reciclagem;Atuar como o “porta-voz” da força de vendas, sendo o apresentador/âncora de programas e conteúdos gravados ou não para capacitação de toda a cadeia de força de vendas, visando proximidade a este público alinhamento aos objetivos comerciais;Manter relacionamento direto com a força de vendas, estabelecendo a comunicação com foco em treinamento/vendas, através de contato via principais meios desde email marketing, atualização das redes sociais e portais de treinamento com conteúdos criados e atendimento diário e ágil nos grupos de WhatsApp, promovendo apoio às dúvidas do time de vendas, aproximação/sinergia com os objetivos da empresa;Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara estes desafios você precisa ter:Formação superior cursando ou completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo, Comunicação Social, Relações Públicas, Administração de Empresas ou afins;            Pacote Office com conhecimento avançado em Power Point e Excel.
