Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê focará em:Planejar, organizar e executar eventos corporativos e ações de engajamento para colaboradores.Desenvolver peças de comunicação interna para diferentes canais e formatos.Elaborar comunicados internos, campanhas e conteúdos institucionais alinhados à estratégia da empresa.Gerenciar canais de comunicação interna, incluindo plataformas como Workvivo, intranet, e-mail marketing e demais ferramentas de relacionamento com colaboradores.Apoiar iniciativas de cultura organizacionalRealizar interface com fornecedores, acompanhar orçamentos e garantir a execução das entregas relacionadas a eventos e campanhas.Monitorar indicadores de comunicação e engajamento, propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos e canais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter: Formação superior completa em Comunicação Social, Relações Públicas, Jornalismo, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em comunicação interna e organização de eventos corporativos.Experiência na criação de campanhas, comunicados, identidade visual e materiais de comunicação.Vivência na gestão de canais de comunicação interna, preferencialmente Workvivo.Excelente redação e comunicação interpessoal.Organização, proatividade e capacidade de gerenciamento de múltiplas demandas.
