Empresa com mais de 50 anos de trajetória em seu segmento de atuação. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos uma pessoa Analista de Comunicação Interna Pleno para atuar no planejamento, desenvolvimento e execução de estratégias e iniciativas de comunicação voltadas aos colaboradores. Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar informações e estratégias do negócio em conteúdos claros, relevantes e engajadores, fortalecendo a cultura, o alinhamento e o sentimento de pertencimento.A posição terá interface próxima com diferentes áreas da empresa, apoiando líderes e parceiros internos na construção de mensagens e campanhas e contribuindo para uma experiência de comunicação cada vez mais integrada, transparente e estratégica. Principais responsabilidades: Planejar e executar ações, campanhas e projetos de Comunicação Interna, alinhados à estratégia e à cultura da organização.Produzir, revisar e adaptar conteúdos para diferentes públicos e canais internos, garantindo clareza, consistência e adequação de linguagem.Desenvolver comunicados, newsletters, campanhas, apresentações, roteiros, peças digitais e outros materiais de comunicação.Gerenciar e acompanhar os canais de comunicação interna, propondo melhorias de conteúdo, formato e experiência.Garantir alinhamento entre os diferentes pontos de contato da comunicação interna, mantendo consistência de mensagem e identidade.Acompanhar indicadores de comunicação e engajamento, gerando análises e recomendações para evolução das iniciativas.Acompanhar tendências e boas práticas de Comunicação Interna, propondo novas abordagens, formatos e ferramentas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em Comunicação Interna;Experiência na criação e gestão de conteúdos para diferentes públicos e canais;Excelente comunicação escrita e domínio da língua portuguesa;Capacidade de transformar temas complexos em mensagens simples, objetivas e atrativas;Organização e capacidade de conduzir projetos simultaneamente, cumprindo prazos e fazendo interface com diferentes stakeholders.Informações adicionaisParticipação nos lucros; Vale-refeição ou alimentação; Assistência médica; Assistência odontológica; Day off no aniversário; Wellhub (Gympass).
