Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na área de Comunicação Interna e Endomarketing, responsável por planejar e executar estratégias de comunicação que fortaleçam o engajamento, a cultura organizacional e o alinhamento dos colaboradores aos objetivos da Magnum Tires.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e executar o calendário anual de comunicação interna, alinhado às estratégias de negócio e iniciativas de Gente & Cultura.

Estruturar campanhas, comunicados e conteúdos para diferentes canais internos, como e-mail, WhatsApp, Intranet, aplicativos e comunidades digitais.

Produzir conteúdos institucionais, campanhas de engajamento, ações comemorativas e materiais para programas corporativos.

Desenvolver peças gráficas e realizar desdobramentos de campanhas para diferentes formatos e canais, garantindo consistência da identidade visual e da comunicação.

Identificar necessidades de comunicação junto às áreas e lideranças, propondo estratégias e formatos mais adequados para cada público.

Apoiar a gestão e evolução dos canais e plataformas digitais de comunicação interna, buscando tornar a comunicação mais acessível, eficiente e engajadora.

Acompanhar indicadores de comunicação e engajamento, avaliando resultados e propondo melhorias.

Planejar e executar ações de endomarketing, reconhecimento, cultura e engajamento.

Apoiar a organização e comunicação de eventos, campanhas internas e ações corporativas, incluindo a gestão de materiais e brindes.

Atuar em parceria com a área de Gente & Cultura e demais áreas da empresa na comunicação de projetos e iniciativas estratégicas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência com Comunicação Interna, Endomarketing, Comunicação Corporativa ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiência com planejamento e execução de campanhas e ações de comunicação.

Boa redação e capacidade de adaptar a comunicação para diferentes públicos e canais.

Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e edição de peças gráficas, como Canva, Adobe ou similares.

Familiaridade com canais e plataformas de comunicação digital.

Conhecimento em métricas de comunicação e engajamento.

Organização, criatividade, proatividade e boa comunicação.

Perfil colaborativo e capacidade de atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.Diferenciais

Experiência em empresas de médio ou grande porte.

Vivência com projetos de cultura organizacional, experiência do colaborador ou employer branding.

Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação e comunicação interna.

Experiência com planejamento e execução de eventos corporativos.
