Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Consultor Educacional da solução de Escrita, você será responsável pela gestão estratégica de uma carteira de clientes, atuando na manutenção da saúde da base, acompanhamento da jornada e garantia de renovação e retenção.  Dentre as principais responsabilidades, estão:Gerenciar uma carteira ativa de clientes, garantindo acompanhamento contínuo e manutenção da saúde da base;Elaborar cronogramas personalizados para cada cliente, monitorando prazos e entregas acordadas;Conduzir reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento via Google Meet;Realizar contato ativo com clientes por meio de ligações e WhatsApp;Registrar e organizar todas as interações em ferramentas de CRM;Identificar riscos de churn e atuar preventivamente na retenção;Conduzir o processo de renovação da carteira pela qual é responsável;Atuar de forma consultiva, entendendo as necessidades do cliente e propondo soluções adequadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou em andamento em qualquer áreaExperiência anterior em Customer Success, Gestão de Contas ou Atendimento ConsultivoExperiência com retenção e renovação de contratosCapacidade de gerenciar múltiplos clientes com organização e autonomia Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para representar a empresa em interações estratégicasInformações adicionaisSERIA MUITO LEGAL SE VOCÊ TAMBÉM TIVESSEExperiência em EdTech ou setor educacionalFamiliaridade com CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce ou similar)Vivência em ambientes de alta autonomiaO QUE VOCÊ VAI ENCONTRAR AQUISalário compatível com o mercadoModelo de contratação CLTFlexibilidade de horário e autonomiaPlano de saúde e odontológicoVale alimentação ou refeiçãoWellhubAuxílio crecheDesconto em universidades e cursosAmbiente seguro para você ser quem realmente é — não toleramos nenhum tipo de discriminaçãoOUTRAS INFORMAÇÕESO modelo de trabalho é híbrido, com atividades realizadas de forma remota às segundas e sextas-feiras, e presencialmente às terças, quartas e quintas-feiras, no escritório localizado no bairro da Saúde, no Rio de Janeiro.
