A área de Contas a Pagar é responsável por validar, monitorar, liberar e otimizar todo o ciclo de pagamentos das Verticais da Porto, garantindo a pontualidade a conformidade fiscal/financeira e o cumprimento dos SLAs operacionais. Atua de forma estratégica na orientação técnica da equipe, no gerenciamento de fluxos de trabalho e na revisão contínua de processos para promover maior eficiência, segurança da informação e automação das rotinas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Análise de dados através de indicadores (Power Bi / Prezi) referente ao acompanhamento de volumetria e valores de pagamentos mensais e anuais;Emitir e acompanhar a saída dos pagamentos no SAP e nos sistemas dos produtos de atendimentos pelo Contas a Pagar;Atender e tratar todas as solicitações, informações e reclamações feitas pelos clientes/corporativo referente aos serviços prestados pelo Contas a Pagar;Tratativas de Tarefas do tipo Cancelamento de Pagamento; Atraso de Pagamento; Pagamento Manual; Pagamento Manual e Indenização Integral;Fazer registros nos processos com o detalhamento da solução à solicitação do cliente;Fazer consultas a relatórios para avaliar o processo de pagamento se está de acordo com a análise e provisionamento. (Ex: duplicidades);Gestão de estoque e distribuição das demandas de pagamentos da área;Construção de painéis e relatórios para auxiliar no controle de indicadores de resultados;Registrar as oportunidades de melhorias dos processos no decorrer das atividades;Homologações de melhorias sistêmicas; Documento Devolvido, TED redirecionada;Seguir as normativas internas e prazos de acompanhamento (SLA) da área.

Requisitos e qualificações Escolaridade: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Ciência de Dados;Desejável pós-graduação;Cursos e conhecimentos específicos: Conhecimento em pacote Office, SAP, Excel Intermediário;Desejável conhecimento em Power BI e Prezi.
