Acompanhamento e reporte de despesas operacionais (SG&A)

Envio/ recebimento de arquivos com os bancos; Emissão e envio de cobrança de locação, condomínio, impostos e contas de consumo aos locatários; Suporte ao departamento comercial com relação às demandas de cálculo de distrato e pleito de descontos; Controle a acompanhamento da inadimplência, fazendo interface com os departamentos comercial e jurídico; Faturamento de aluguéis: emissão de remessas, envio ao banco e apoio na comunicação com locatários

Interface com bancos, contabilidade, área tributária e demais áreas da companhia

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas afins Experiência prévia em Controladoria (orçamento, fechamento gerencial, análise de resultados e variações) Vivência com faturamento e gestão de recebíveis (desejável em shoppings, condomínios ou incorporadoras) Excel avançado Power BI Experiência com ERP é um diferencial
