Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como Analista de Contas Médicas, Receber, cadastrar e distribuir documentações médicas para realização de cirurgias, garantindo o controle da documentação enviadaaos setores envolvidos no processo. Agendar a procedimentos cirúrgicos, garantindo todos as particularidades em consonância com outros setores para a execução do procedimento, de acordo com os conhecimentos técnicos e científicos e as normas da Instituição, sob a luz do Código de Ética.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilizar-se pelo processo de faturamento da internação, bem como executar a emissão de faturas, além de analisar as contas dos pacientes, com finalidade de apresentar ao setor pertinente e evitar possíveis glosas;Garantir a análise das contas hospitalares, bem como observar se o paciente utilizou materiais de alto custo, com finalidade de verificar se a autorização e a nota fiscal correspondem com as despesas cobradas, de acordo com as despesas de acompanhantes e refeições, análises de guias TISS, a fim de gerar receita para o hospital;Verificar junto às seguradoras e médico responsável se os pacientes estrangeiros estão cobertos pela apólice do seguro, com objetivo de gerar despesa hospitalar para apresentar ao seguro internacional e gerar carta padrão, tipo de moeda, a fim de efetuar a devida cobrança e envio FEDEX;Cumprir efetivamente com a cobrança das despesas particulares, através de análise da fatura hospitalar, de acordo com o tipo de despesa que foi gerado por pacientes de cirurgias plásticas, etc., a fim de efetuar a cobrança devida;Assegurar o controle de pendências de autorização e notas fiscais referentes a atendimentos da internação e emergência, por meio de planilha com o intuito de informar dados relativos aos prazos de entrega, a fim de liberar recursos financeiros para a empresa;Garantir o controle de informações, através do sistema WPD de atendimento faturados e não faturados, bem como conta de consumo não faturado, para que as receitas sejam sinalizadas para o Hospital.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursado ou completo;Experiência na funçãoInformações adicionaisVocê poderá ser direcionado(a) para oportunidades em todas as nossas unidades na cidade de Brasília, conforme perfil e necessidade.
