Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Analista de Contas Médicas, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análise de todas as contas impressas pelo relatório e conforme Autorização da operadora;Realizar os lançamentos em conta pré e pós análise de acordo com contrato e Negociação Médica com a Operadora;Realizar os cálculos para conferência dos valores corretos e correspondentes de acordo com Tabela contratada com cada Operadora;Realizar o envio de contas protocolando diariamente as contas analisadas e finalizadas para o Faturamento, de acordo com o "tempo" da conta;Conferência e liberação dos valores correspondentes liberados pela operadora, o chamado "Capeante"Realizar o Recebimento no sistema das conta advindas do Protocolo com guia de autorização para realização de análise; Realizar a Negociação e Fechamento da Carta Consenso do processo da AMIL;Responsável pela organização setorial de contas a serem apresentadas e/ou analisadas bem como a monitorização do cronograma mensal e realização de contato com médico/enfermeiro e administrativo da operadora de saúde;Responsável pela verificação do "carrinho" na primeira semana do mês , cuidando para que todas as contas autorizadas foram enviadas para o setor de faturamento;Responsável pelo arquivamento das contas "Sujas Negociadas" e envio da mesma ao SAME.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Conhecimento em Excel, Tabelas AMB, CBHPM, CIEFAS, SIMPRO, BRASINDICE e rotina e processos da área de faturamento hospitalar;Desejável conhecimento em sistema Tasy;Desejável conhecimento na área de Faturamento e/ou Auditoria.Informações adicionaisVocê poderá ser direcionado(a) para oportunidades na unidade Campinas.Trabalhamos com diferentes escalas (diurno e/ou noturno), alinhadas à sua disponibilidade;Oferecemos treinamento inicial em horário comercial — é importante ter disponibilidade para essa etapa.Aqui você encontra um pacote de benefícios pensado para o seu bem-estar e desenvolvimento:🏥 Assistência médica (extensivo a dependentes);😁 Assistência odontológica (extensivo a dependentes);🍽️ Vale Refeição (de acordo com a unidade);🎯 Clube de Parcerias Rede D'Or (descontos e vantagens exclusivas);🛡️ Seguro de vida;🤝 Convênios com empresas parceiras;📚 Acesso aos treinamentos da Academia Rede D'Or (desenvolvimento contínuo);💰 Bônus por resultados (conforme atingimento e elegibilidade).
