Analisar na análise de contas médicas de menor complexidade, referentes a contas médicas hospitalares, contestações, recursos de glosas enviados pelos  Prestadores e Sistema Unimed,   e faturas das carteiras de clientes,  e negociar solicitações de cobranças e refaturamento  fora de prazo, visando melhorias dos processos diário e o pagamento correto dos serviços prestados a Rede Credenciada e  ao Sistema Unimed, bem como assegurar a conformidade das notas fiscais com as condições contratuais, garantindo o correto pagamento, faturamento e recebimento dos atendimentos realizados na Rede Indireta e Sistema Unimed, atuando sob orientação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Análise de Contas e Glosas: Realizar análise de contas médicas e hospitalares, contestações e recursos de glosa (Prestadores e Sistema Unimed), além de liberar e conferir malhas de pré-análise em sistema de gestão.Faturamento e Pagamentos: Lançar dados de atendimentos, providenciar faturamentos/refaturamentos, receber, planilhar e arquivar notas fiscais, gerando relatórios analíticos e liberando processos para o setor financeiro.Auditoria e Conformidade: Verificar o cumprimento de regras regulatórias (ANS e MIN - Manual de Intercâmbio Nacional) e contratuais via check-list, conferindo valores conforme tabelas de referência e realizando ajustes necessários.Gestão de Prazos e Documentação: Controlar prazos de cobrança, registrar deliberações com justificativas adequadas, validar assinaturas de outras áreas e gerenciar faturamentos fora do prazo.Relacionamento e Suporte: Prestar suporte a prestadores e credenciados sobre contas e recursos, além de solicitar correções de Notas Fiscais e arquivos (CMB e Portal XML) com inconsistências.Melhoria Contínua: Propor adequações nos fluxos operacionais e manter-se atualizado em relação às normas da ANS, regras do Sistema Unimed e processos internos da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou área afins;Experiência na área de Contas Médicas;Conhecimento e Excel.
