Ao fazer parte do nosso time, você poderá participar ativamente da construção da Diversidade, Equidade & Inclusão na companhia e ser um aliado dos nossos Grupos de Afinidade, como o E3 (focado no desenvolvimento de mulheres), o Ecoessence (focado no desenvolvimento de pessoas negras), e do Pride (LGBTQIAP+)” Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão as atividades deste cargo? Você colocará em prática seus conhecimentos e vivências na área de manutenção de equipamentos e suporte operacional em ambiente de produção;Você atuará como forte parceiro técnico comercial dos clientes para desenvolver planos e programas de higienização, avaliar processos e procedimentos, identificar e implementar eficiências operacionais;Você contribuirá nos projetos de alto valor agregado e nas soluções de problemas junto ao cliente;Será responsável pela gestão e controle de consumo dos químicos;Elaborar relatórios técnicos semanais;Participação ativa de projetos de ganhos operacionais (redução de consumo e gastos);Reuniões com o cliente para levantamento de demanda, apresentação de resultados, levantamento de melhorias e soluções. Para isso, irá elaborar apresentações de indicadores;Trabalhará de maneira independente cuidando de todas as etapas do processo produtivo do cliente nos quais são utilizados os produtos, com maior foco nas etapas de higienização e sanitização;Manutenções pontuais e análises químicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQuais são os requisitos para poder participar deste Processo Seletivo?Finalizando ou já ter finalizado graduação em Engenharias, bacharel ou técnico em Química, Alimentos, Produção, Ambiental e afins;Tenha interesse em atuar com vendas técnicas e atendimento à clientes do segmento industrial;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e Power Point;Estar aberto a realizar atividades de manutenção de equipamentos (bombas dosadoras, diluidores, geradores de espuma);Tenha disponibilidade para trabalhar em Mogi das Cruzes/SP.O que fará seu perfil se destacar dos demais?Possuir experiência em ambiente de produção de alimentos e bebidas;Suas habilidades de comunicação;Capacidade para tomar iniciativa e trabalhar de modo independente;Fortes habilidades de organização;Capacidade de priorizar projetos.Informações adicionaisO que te oferecemos nessa jornada?Salário competitivo, Auxílio Alimentação, Auxílio Transporte, Convênio Médico e Odontológico, Gympass, Seguro de Vida, Previdência Privada, entre outros.
