Estamos buscando Analista de Conteúdo JR para integrar o time de Marketing do DOK. Responsabilidades e atribuições• Entender quem é nosso público-alvo (ex.: comportamento na internet, necessidades e desejos, o que buscam, etc);• Entender sobre a Jornada do Cliente e como impactar nosso target em cada etapa com o conteúdo, mídia e timing adequados;• Produzir e revisar conteúdos (ex.: roteiros para vídeos, artigos para blog) para nossos targets de acordo com as boas práticas de marketing de conteúdo e SEO;• Criar conteúdos com base em técnicas de SEO;• Colaborar no planejamento de outros canais de comunicação com o objetivo de divulgar nossos conteúdos da melhor forma para atingir nossas metas;• Propor conteúdos e melhorias que tenham como base os princípios do marketing de conteúdo e funil de vendas;• Identificar oportunidades, planejar e produzir materiais ricos (como e-books, webinars, infográficos, etc.) com foco em gerar interessados em nossos produtos e entregar valor de acordo com cada etapa do funil de vendas e jornada do cliente;• Realizar análises sobre o mercado e concorrentes;Dia a dia:• Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de marketing de conteúdo para Redes Sociais e Blog, composta por designers, redatores, editores, content manager, especialistas em SEO e SEM, dentre outros;• Estudos para entendimento de target, jornada do cliente, como impactar o cliente em cada etapa;• Criação e revisão de roteiros (de vídeos para youtube, artigos para blog, etc) a depender das necessidades e objetivos, sempre focados em alguma das etapas da jornada do cliente;• Auxiliar no gerenciamento dos projetos relacionados com conteúdo;• Diálogo com time de criação (designers, filmmaker, editor de vídeo, etc);• Trabalhar próximo ao times CX, Tecnologia e Produto para entender as principais necessidades dos clientes e construir conteúdos que as atendam.Requisitos e qualificações• Habilidade de escrita exemplar;• Experiência planejando, produzindo e revisando conteúdos;• Conhecimento de Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO e Funil de Vendas;• Conhecimento das técnicas de SEO;• Experiência com Youtube.• Conhecimento de técnicas de copywriting;• Técnicas para criação de roteiros para vídeos e textos para blogs;• Autogerenciamento e organização;
