Responsável pelo acompanhamento e controle de contratos, realizando análise de documentos, medições, evidências, notas fiscais e pagamentos, garantindo o cumprimento das condições contratuais. Atuará no controle de saldos, vigências, aditivos, indicadores e interface com fornecedores e áreas internas, identificando divergências e oportunidades de melhoria.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise, elaboração e emissão de Boletins de Medição, contemplando:Locação, utilizando Excel, sistema SAP e sistema do cliente;Prestação de serviços, por meio de Excel e sistemas internos;Venda, utilizando Excel e sistema de gestão;Realizar a cobrança e acompanhamento da aprovação das medições junto aos clientes;Emissão do esboço da Nota Fiscal para suporte ao processo de faturamento;Gestão dos reajustes contratuais, assegurando o correto enquadramento às cláusulas vigentes;Atualização dos valores contratuais reajustados no sistema SAP;Análise e validação de reports de medição x bens locados, garantindo consistência das informações para a área de FP&A;Interface constante com áreas internas da OPUS, como Atendimento ao Cliente, Projetos, PCP, Operações Externas, Engenharia e Financeiro, garantindo a assertividade dos valores cobrados;Envio de reports gerais de medições, assegurando clareza, organização e confiabilidade dos dados;
