Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Contratos Sênior para atuar com foco em revisão, elaboração e negociação de cláusulas e minutas contratuais relacionadas a operações bancárias.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar, elaborar, revisar e negociar cláusulas/minutas contratuais relacionadas a operações bancárias, assegurando a conformidade com a legislação aplicável, as normas internas e os procedimentos do Banco.Avaliar riscos jurídicos e propor soluções contratuais compatíveis com as políticas institucionais e as particularidades de cada operação;Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas e comerciais/clientes para viabilizar a formalização das operações, prestando suporte técnico e esclarecimentos durante todo o processo;Conduzir negociações de cláusulas contratuais com clientes e escritórios de advocacia, buscando conciliar segurança jurídica, viabilidade operacional e atendimento às necessidades do negócio.Analisar demandas de maior complexidade, garantindo elevado padrão de qualidade técnica, organização e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Atuar em conjunto com o Departamento Jurídico, Diretoria e áreas operacionais, promovendo o alinhamento necessário para a estruturação, análise e formalização das operações, bem como para a definição de soluções contratuais que atendam às necessidades do negócio, observadas as diretrizes institucionais e a mitigação de riscos;Apoiar as áreas parceiras na interpretação de cláusulas contratuais e na definição de soluções jurídicas relacionadas às operações. Contribuir para a padronização, atualização e melhoria contínua das minutas, procedimentos e fluxos da área, promovendo maior eficiência operacional e mitigação de riscos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Direito;Experiência com análise, elaboração e revisão de minutas e contratos relacionados a produtos bancários;Conhecimento em Excel básico, para elaboração e acompanhamento de controles internos;Conhecimento avançado em Word, para elaboração, revisão e formatação de documentos e minutas contratuais.Competências desejadas:Perfil focado e organizado, com capacidade para gerenciar processos e demandas simultâneas;Atenção aos detalhes e alto nível de qualidade nas entregas;Resiliência e capacidade de adaptação para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico.
