Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e suportar o processo de elaboração do orçamento anual e revisões orçamentárias junto aos gestores de área;Consolidar o resultado mensal, identificando variações entre o orçado e o realizado, com análises de causa-raiz para apoiar planos de ação corretivos;Elaborar e analisar as demonstrações financeiras gerenciais (DRE por centro de custo, Balanço Patrimonial e Fluxo de Caixa) com foco na margem de contribuição, EBITDA e indicadores de liquidez;Desenvolver e manter indicadores-chave de desempenho financeiro e operacional (KPIs), construindo relatórios e painéis em ferramentas de Power BI;Analisar a estrutura de custos, precificação de produtos/serviços e margem de rentabilidade por linha de negócio, cliente ou região;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, financeiros e contábeis, fornecendo informações para suporte à tomada de decisão; Apoiar o processo de fechamento contábil, assegurando a consistência e integridade das informações;Analisar contas patrimoniais e de resultado, identificando oportunidades de melhoria nos controles internos e processos da área; Orientar as áreas da empresa quanto aos procedimentos contábeis, financeiros e controles internos, promovendo o cumprimento das normas e políticas corporativas; Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando informações, documentos e esclarecimentos sempre que necessário; Garantir o cumprimento da legislação vigente, normas contábeis e políticas internas da organização.Requisitos e qualificações Conhecimento em Contabilidade Geral, Societária e Controladoria;

Experiência com conciliações contábeis e financeiras e validação de saldos patrimoniais;

Conhecimento em relatórios gerenciais e análise de indicadores financeiros;

Conhecimento em análise de variações orçamentárias;

Domínio de Excel.
