Responsabilidades e atribuições

Precificação e Análise de Custos Industriais: Formação de Preço (Pricing): Elaborar e atualizar a estrutura de formação de preço de venda de produtos, considerando margem de contribuição, fretes e impostos incidentes (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IPI).

Análise de Custos Industriais: Acompanhar o Custo dos Produtos Vendidos, avaliando desvios entre o Custo Padrão e o Custo Real (Variance Analysis). Gestão de Insumos: Monitorar o impacto das variações de preços de matérias-primas e insumos na margem líquida dos produtos. Simulação de Cenários Comerciais: Elaborar simulações de margens para diferentes políticas de descontos, tabelas de preços e canais de distribuição (revendas, cooperativas e vendas diretas). Conciliação e Fechamento Contábil:

Fechamento Contábil Mensal: Executar e acompanhar as rotinas do fechamento contábil e gerencial, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a correta alocação de receitas, custos e despesas. Conciliações Patrimoniais e de Resultado: Realizar a conciliação mensal de contas do Balanço Patrimonial (estoques, variação cambial, fornecedores, provisões e imobilizado) e de DRE. Análise de Balancete: Realizar análise crítica das variações contábeis mensalmente, identificando e corrigindo eventuais distorções em lançamentos. Acuracidade dos Estoques: Conciliar a movimentação física e financeira dos estoques industriais em conjunto com a equipe de suprimentos e produção.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;Experiência em rotinas de fechamento e conciliação contábil;Experiência com custos, precificação e análise de resultados;Conhecimento em contabilidade de custos, incluindo custeio por absorção, margem de contribuição e análise de variações;Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes;Raciocínio lógico aguçado e capacidade de interpretar dados e identificar desvios;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em parceria com as áreas industrial e comercial.Diferenciais:Vivência em rotinas de fechamento e conciliação contábil;Experiência em apuração de custos e precificação no segmento industrial, nos setores químico ou agronegócio;Domínio de contabilidade de custos, incluindo métodos de custeio por absorção, margem de contribuição e apuração de variações;Conhecimento sobre tributação industrial aplicada ao agronegócio, incluindo créditos e incentivos fiscais;Excel Avançado, incluindo desenvolvimento de tabelas dinâmicas, utilização de fórmulas analíticas e modelagem de margens;Experiência prática com SAP.
