Procuramos alguém com visão de negócio, perfil crítico, senso de dono e capacidade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, contribuindo diretamente para eficiência operacional, crescimento sustentável e melhoria contínua dos processos financeiros da companhia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e AtividadesElaborar e acompanhar o Budget anual e o Rolling Forecast, analisando variações entre realizado e orçado, com foco em Headcount e custos de infraestrutura;Realizar análises de variações (Actual vs. Budget), identificando causas-raiz de desvios em receitas e despesas e propondo planos de ação corretivos junto aos gestores;Monitorar, consolidar e reportar indicadores financeiros e operacionais estratégicos;Garantir que o reconhecimento de receita esteja em conformidade com IFRS 15 / CPC 47, especialmente em contratos complexos de implementação e recorrência;Apoiar a contabilidade no fechamento gerencial mensal, assegurando que provisões e alocações reflitam a realidade econômica;Desenvolver e manter dashboards e indicadores de performance (KPIs) em ferramentas de BI, acompanhando métricas como EBITDA, Margem de Contribuição, ROIC e Ciclo Financeiro;Elaborar Reporting Packages para matriz e/ou investidores, garantindo aderência às normas internacionais (IFRS/USGAAP);Analisar rentabilidade por produto, canal e cliente, identificando gargalos operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria;Monitorar despesas SG&A (Selling, General and Administrative Expenses), buscando otimização de custos fixos e variáveis;Atuar na automatização de processos financeiros e integração de dados entre sistemas internos e ERP;Identificar riscos operacionais e financeiros que possam gerar perdas ou impactos fiscais;Atuar como ponto focal em auditorias internas e externas, garantindo conformidade com políticas e processos corporativos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação AcadêmicaGraduação completa em Ciências Contábeis (preferencial), Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação em Controladoria, Finanças ou áreas afins é indispensável.ExperiênciaExperiência consolidada em Controladoria, FP&A ou Auditoria;Vivência em Big Four será considerada um diferencial relevante;Conhecimento sólido em IFRS e normas contábeis brasileiras (CPC).Ferramentas e Conhecimentos TécnicosExcel avançado/especialista (Power Query, macros e modelagem financeira);Experiência com ERPs robustos, como SAP, Oracle, NetSuite ou Totvs;Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI, como Power BI, Tableau ou Looker;Noções de SQL serão consideradas diferencial importante.
