Este profissional realiza análises complexas de desempenho financeiro, conduz projeções e acompanha os indicadores de desempenho, análise de margem bruta, geração de DREs, estudos de viabilidades econômica e financeira e apresentação de resultados para a alta gestão.A Bemol é uma empresa de prestação de serviços e comercialização de produtos no varejo, que tem como principal objetivo a busca da satisfação de nossos Clientes, antes, durante e após o processo de vendas, observando o processo de melhoria contínua, legislação externa aplicável, princípios e valores culturais da organização, sendo esses princípios Integridade, Respeito, Economia, Energia e Melhoria Continua.Importante: para que o seu perfil ganhe destaque no processo, especifique a sua graduação e demais cursos e informações necessárias no seu cadastro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time Bemol, suas principais missões serão:Realizar análises detalhadas das demonstrações financeiras, identificando tendências, variações e oportunidades de melhoria; Colaborar no desenvolvimento de orçamentos, metas e planos financeiros, assegurando a conformidade com os objetivos da empresa;Implementar e monitorar sistemas de controle interno para garantir a integridade dos dados financeiros e o cumprimento de políticas e regulamentações; Preparar relatórios gerenciais regulares, comunicando de forma clara e precisa as informações financeiras relevantes aos gestores e líderes da empresa;Participar da análise de desempenho de projetos, departamentos ou áreas específicas, fornecendo dados que contribuam para a avaliação do retorno sobre o investimento;Garantir a conformidade com normas contábeis, fiscais e regulatórias, mantendo-se atualizado sobre mudanças na legislação que possam impactar as operações financeiras;Colaborar com auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentação e informações necessárias para a avaliação da saúde financeira da empresa;Identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos financeiros, propondo e implementando soluções eficientes. Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ importante que você tenha:Graduação em Ciências Contábeis;Conhecimento em ferramentas digitais (IA e outras); Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou Gestão Empresarial é um diferencial.

Conhecimento em linguagem de programação, preferencialmente em Python.Conhecimento em análises e demonstrações financeiras e interpretação de gráficos;Conhecimento de sistema ERP (SAP ou outros).Informações adicionaisVamos amar, caso você tenha:Experiência com análise das demonstrações financeiras, familiaridade com legislação fiscal e tributária;Compreensão dos conceitos de Valuation, estrutura de capital e outros aspectos relacionados a finanças;Domínio dos princípios financeiros e econômicos.
