Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na área de Controladoria, com foco em três principais frentes: Contabilidade, Custos e Orçamento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContabilidadeRealizar e acompanhar integrações contábeis entre os sistemas da empresa.Analisar lançamentos contábeis, verificando a correta apropriação em contas contábeis, centros de custos e demais dimensões.Analisar regras contábeis e parametrizações sistêmicas, identificando e propondo correções quando necessário.Realizar a manutenção e atualização de cadastros contábeis.Executar e acompanhar conciliações contábeis.Acompanhar os processos de fechamento contábil mensal e anual, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das informações.Analisar o resultado econômico-financeiro da empresa, identificando variações, inconsistências e principais impactos.CustosExecutar e acompanhar as rotinas sistêmicas relacionadas ao fechamento de estoque, realizando as respectivas análises.Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de custeio de produtos, incluindo os critérios e rateios de custos por absorção.Acompanhar e analisar a evolução do custo médio dos produtos, identificando inconsistências e suas causas.Apoiar os processos de inventário físico, inventários cíclicos e demais controles relacionados aos estoques.Realizar a conciliação entre estoques físicos, estoques sistêmicos e saldos contábeis.Apoiar a análise de custos e fornecer informações para os processos de formação e revisão de preços dos produtos.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de apuração e controle de custos.Orçamento e ControladoriaParticipar do planejamento, elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento da empresa.Apoiar os processos de revisão orçamentária e elaboração de previsões.Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento das despesas por centro de custo.Analisar as variações entre valores orçados e realizados, identificando desvios e suas principais causas.Atuar em conjunto com as demais áreas da empresa na análise e acompanhamento dos resultados e despesas.Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área.Desenvolver análises e relatórios gerenciais que apoiem a tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência profissional em Controladoria, Contabilidade, Custos ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência com sistemas ERP.Conhecimento avançado em Excel.Conhecimento em processos de custos, estoque e contabilidade.Vivência em empresas industriais será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento em TOTVS Protheus será considerado um diferencial.Experiência em indústria farmacêutica, veterinária ou segmentos correlatos será considerada um diferencial.Perfil analítico, com capacidade de interpretar dados e identificar inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria.Perfil hands-on, com disposição para atuar diretamente na execução e no acompanhamento dos processos.Organização e atenção aos detalhes.Senso de responsabilidade e cumprimento de prazos.Capacidade de trabalhar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas da empresa.Boa comunicação e capacidade de transformar informações financeiras e contábeis em análises claras e objetivas.Proatividade para identificar problemas, investigar suas causas e propor soluções.
