O QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO:Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para integrar o time de Controladoria da nossa unidade em Bento Gonçalves/RS, atuando em modelo presencial. Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar a elaboração de cenários financeiros, como budget e forecast, contribuindo para a geração de informações estratégicas que subsidiem a definição de planos de ação e assegurem uma gestão sustentável do negócio. Também fará parte de suas atribuições o suporte na análise de resultados, na preparação de relatórios gerenciais e na elaboração de estudos de ganhos relacionados a projetos de produtividade e CAPEX. Além disso, o(a) Analista de Controladoria Júnior auxiliará na garantia do cumprimento das obrigações legais, societárias e das normas contábeis, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da gestão econômica e financeira da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER:Prestar suporte na realização das atividades de planejamento financeiro, como budget e forecast, sob orientação do(a) Analista Sênior.Apoiar a elaboração de análises de resultados, preparação de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações para a liderança, incluindo análises de variações entre resultados reais e orçamento.Executar controles internos para assegurar o cumprimento das políticas corporativas, analisando potenciais riscos à segurança e confiabilidade das informações financeiras e contábeis, bem como mapear e elaborar, em conjunto com o Controller, processos e procedimentos para mitigação desses riscos.Dar suporte na análise dos ganhos propostos em projetos de produtividade, avaliando seus impactos nos resultados financeiros.Realizar a organização de inventários, bem como apoiar atividades de registro fiscal de notas fiscais e controle de baixas de consumo.Acompanhar e prestar suporte no atendimento às auditorias internas e externas.Auxiliar nas demandas das áreas corporativas financeiras, relacionadas a melhores práticas, regulamentações, auditorias e projetos estratégicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Dominio do Pacote Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint e Excel).Inglês intermediário.Perfil dinâmico e flexível.Requisitos Desejáveis:Conhecimento em ERP-SAP nos módulos FI e MM.Noções de Matemática Financeira, incluindo cálculos de juros simples e compostos, encargos financeiros e utilização de índices de inflação aplicados a preços e custos.Noções sobre o processo industrial.Conhecimento básico dos procedimentos relacionados a Controles Internos e SOX.Noções de conceitos contábeis básicos, como Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício (DRE) e lançamentos contábeis.Mobilidade.
