Responsável pelos principais processos do departamento, apoiando a gestão da área, onde participará ativamente da elaboração do orçamento anual, será responsável por acompanhar os principais desvios entre orçado e real. Atuará junto às demais áreas da empresa para levantamento das justificativas e atuará também com emissão de dashboard diário.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoio no processo do fechamento mensal;Análise dos principais desvios entre orçado e realizado por conta contábil, centro de lucro e custo;Levantamento de justificativas dos principais desvios junto às áreas responsáveis;Elaboração de apresentação do fechamento mensal;Atualização do controle diário das compras – OTB;Suporte na elaboração do budget anual e forecast;Análise das verbas x realização no financeiro;Análise das informações do book mensal;Atualização semanal do giro de estoque x compras por material e análise dos desvios;Elaboração e análise diária do dashboard por unidade de negócio e regionais;Controle periódico do estoque de trocas;Elaboração do demonstrativo de resultado por unidade de negócio;Atendimento a lojas e departamentos internos;Análise de despesas x provisão x ausência de lançamento;Relatório de acompanhamento de todas as provisões;.

Requisitos e qualificações Vivência comprovada nas rotinas da áreaVivência na utilização de sistema ERP Bluesoft (diferencial);Vivência na utilização do Clik Sense (diferencial)Excel avançado (fórmulas, tabela dinâmica, segmentação de dados etc);Ensino Superior Completo ou cursando em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou Economia;
