Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento anual, revisões orçamentárias e forecasts;Analisar as variações entre realizado, orçamento e forecast, identificando causas e propondo ações de melhoria;Realizar análises contábeis e apoiar a interpretação das demonstrações financeiras;Analisar contas patrimoniais e de resultado, garantindo a consistência das informações utilizadas nos relatórios gerenciais;Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores financeiros, contábeis, operacionais e de desempenho;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão;Desenvolver, manter e aprimorar dashboards no Power BI;Consolidar e analisar informações provenientes de diferentes áreas e sistemas;Apoiar os gestores na análise dos resultados e no entendimento dos principais desvios;Assegurar a consistência e a confiabilidade das informações contábeis, financeiras e gerenciais;Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos de controladoria, planejamento e reporte;Automatizar controles, relatórios e rotinas da área;Utilizar o ERP para extração, conferência e análise de informações;Interagir com diferentes áreas e públicos, traduzindo informações contábeis e financeiras em análises claras e objetivas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos para se candidatar a vaga: Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 5 anos em processos de orçamento, planejamento financeiro ou controladoria;Experiência em Contabilidade, análise de contas e interpretação de demonstrações financeiras;Experiência na elaboração e acompanhamento de orçamento e forecast;Conhecimento em análise de resultados, indicadores, custos e demonstrações financeiras;Excel avançado;Experiência no desenvolvimento e na utilização de dashboards no Power BI;Capacidade de trabalhar com grande volume de dados e informações provenientes de diferentes fontes;Boa comunicação oral e escrita.Competências comportamentaisForte capacidade analítica e visão crítica;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade;Orientação para resultados;Capacidade de identificar oportunidades de melhoria;Facilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa;Desenvoltura para lidar com diferentes públicos, áreas e níveis hierárquicos;Capacidade de comunicar informações contábeis e financeiras de forma clara e objetiva;Adaptabilidade e abertura para mudanças.DiferenciaisExperiência com automação de processos e relatórios;Conhecimento em Power Query;Vivência na implantação ou revisão de processos de orçamento e forecast;Experiência com fechamento contábil e gerencial.Informações adicionaisPor aqui você terá:Vale iFood (alimentação e refeição);Aux.
