Unidade de Negócio: Sem PararLocal de trabalho: São Paulo/SPModelo de trabalho: Híbrido 2x3 (ida ao escritório duas vezes na semana)Missão da área que você irá atuar: A área é responsável pelo reporte financeiro corporativo para a matriz em Atlanta, atendimento à auditoria externa e desenvolvimento da estrutura de Quality Assurance, garantindo a qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações financeiras reportadas pela companhia.Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Atuar como referência técnica em reporte financeiro e contabilidade corporativa, contribuindo para a evolução da área de Quality Assurance, garantindo a correta aplicação das normas IFRS e USGAAP, além de apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, controles internos e automação de processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análises e validações de ajustes entre IFRS/BRGAAP e USGAAP. Executar revisões críticas dos reportes financeiros enviados à matriz e demais stakeholders.Atuar no atendimento e suporte às auditorias externas, internas e controles SOX. Participar da construção e evolução da área de Quality Assurance, propondo melhorias e controles.Identificar oportunidades de automação e aprimoramento dos processos de fechamento e reporte financeiro. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis OU Sólida experiência em IFRS e USGAAP. Experiência em auditoria externa ou áreas correlatas. Vivência com reporte financeiro corporativo e controles internos.Inglês Avançado.Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se tiver:Experiência em Big Four.Vivência com ambiente SOX e governança corporativa.Experiência com reporte para matriz internacional. Conhecimento em automação e melhoria contínua de processos. Pós-graduação ou especialização em Controladoria, Contabilidade ou Auditoria.
