Faça parte da transformação do mercado de transição energética!A Brasol é uma plataforma de transição energética que oferece uma carteira de soluções para empresas em todo o Brasil, gerando economias imediatas em custos de energia para nossos clientes.Estamos em busca de um (a) Analista de Controladoria SR, que terá como missão assegurar a correção técnica, contábil e tributária, das demonstrações e apurações da Brasol e de seus veículos, revisar e aprimorar os controles da Controladoria, e liderar a agenda de desenvolvimento sistêmico do time, reportando ao Controller. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRevisar o fechamento contábil mensal das entidades e do consolidado, com foco nos temas de maior julgamento: reconhecimento de receita em contratos de longo prazo (CPC 47), instrumentos financeiros e desreconhecimento de ativos em operações estruturadas (CPC 48), arrendamentos (CPC 06), ajuste a valor presente (CPC 12), provisões e contingências (CPC 25) e correção de erros (CPC 23).Analisar o tratamento contábil de novas operações (securitizações, cessões de recebíveis, renegociações com clientes, garantias), emitindo posicionamento técnico documentado antes da contratação, em conjunto com as áreas jurídica e financeira.Revisar as apurações de tributos (lucro real e presumido, PIS/COFINS, ISS/ICMS, retenções) e as obrigações acessórias, identificando riscos, oportunidades e teses aplicáveis, e coordenando a preparação para a transição da reforma tributária do consumo (CBS/IBS).Ser o ponto focal técnico da auditoria independente: planejar o atendimento, antecipar temas sensíveis, sustentar posições técnicas e reduzir ajustes de auditoria a zero.Desenhar, revisar e manter os controles internos da Controladoria, definindo para cada controle o objetivo, as conferências, os limites de exceção e o fluxo de tratamento, e garantir que sejam executados de forma sistematizada e auditável.Definir e acompanhar os KPIs do time, produzindo o painel mensal de desempenho da Controladoria para o Controller e a Diretoria Financeira.Orientar tecnicamente o Analista Júnior, revisando seu trabalho e estruturando seu desenvolvimento.Liderar o roadmap de automação e sistemas da Controladoria: priorizar rotinas a automatizar, especificar requisitos, validar resultados e garantir trilha de auditoria das rotinas automatizadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenha:Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Domínio de CPC/IFRS, em especial CPC 47, 48, 06, 12, 23 e 25.Sólida base tributária federal e municipal.Excel avançado.Experiência sólida em controladoria, contabilidade técnica ou auditoria, com exposição comprovada a operações estruturadas, mercado de capitais ou setor de energia e infraestrutura.Vivência com auditoria independente, incluindo sustentação de posições técnicas perante os auditores.Experiência prática na análise contábil de operações complexas, como securitizações, cessões de recebíveis, renegociações com clientes e garantias.Inglês avançado. Será um diferencial se você tiver:CRC ativo.Pós-graduação em controladoria, IFRS ou tributos.Experiência em firma de auditoria de grande porte.Experiência com ferramentas de dados (SQL, Python ou Power BI).Informações adicionaisO que esperar dessa experiência?Remuneração competitiva com o mercado;Cartão flexível para uso de vale alimentação ou refeição;Plano de saúde;Plano Odontológico;Day off de Aniversário;Seguro de vida;Horários flexíveis;Wellhub e Totalpass;Convênio com SESI e SENAI;Auxílio Creche;Parcerias com instituições de ensino;Oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional;Escritório Pet Friendly;Clima descontraído.Venha fazer parte do time Brasol!Nós crescemos juntos, porque pensamos e trabalhamos pelo sucesso comum.
