Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Jr para atuar na custódia e controle das chaves das unidades da nossa Construtora. Um trabalho que exige rigor, organização e método na gestão de um acervo físico sensível e de alto valor.  Buscamos, para essa posição, profissionais formados em Biblioteconomia, cujo repertório técnico dialoga diretamente com as rotinas do cargo. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o acompanhamento junto as obras e assistência técnica para garantir que todas as chaves sejam entregues em nossa área;Realizar a custódia, arquivamento e desarquivamento das chaves das unidades sob responsabilidade da empresa;Controlar empréstimos de chaves a corretores e à equipe de assistência técnica, com registro de saída e devolução;Efetuar a entrega das chaves à equipe de Relacionamento no momento da venda e entrega da unidade ao cliente;Manter o controle atualizado em sistema ou planilha, garantindo rastreabilidade completa do histórico de cada chave;Fazer a interface com síndicos e administradoras de condomínio para esclarecer dúvidas sobre unidades com possível ocupação;Providenciar, quando necessário, a troca de miolo de fechaduras e a atualização de senhas de fechaduras eletrônicas;Organização física do acervo de chaves, garantindo segurança e facilidade de localização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Biblioteconomia;Boa organização, atenção a detalhes e disciplina com processos;Facilidade de comunicação para interface com corretores, síndicos, administradoras e equipe interna;Conhecimento intermediário de planilhas (Excel/Google Sheets) ou sistemas de controle/gestão.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemosAssistência Médica;Assistência Odontologia; Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição R$41,64 ao dia ; Vale Transporte; Participação nos Lucros e Resultados PLR;Remuneração compatível com o mercado;Seguro de vidaTotal PassLocal, horário e demais informaçõesTrabalho 100% presencial em Moema na Zona Sul de SP.Horário de segunda a sexta, das 08h12 às 18h00.
