Visar pela sustentabilidade operacional, gerencial, financeira e reputacional da Organização e seus negócios.

Garantir a adequação da eficácia e integridade dos Controles Internos do Grupo Conta Simples.

Desafios da posição: Disseminar a cultura de identificar, mensurar, avaliar, monitorar, controlar e mitigar os riscos que possam afetar de alguma forma a Conta Simples.

Atuar com imparcialidade e eficiência na gestão de Controles Internos e Riscos Operacionais, de forma proativa e com credibilidade, gerando valor para a empresa.

Ter como foco principal a oportunidade de identificar as fragilidades nos processos, minimizar a probabilidade de sua ocorrência e diminuir os impactos que geralmente são significativos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeu dia a dia na Conta Simples:Identificar, mapear e avaliar os processos com foco em Controles Internos e Riscos Operacionais de acordo com a metodologia aplicada.Avaliar os processos, visando identificar as possíveis fragilidades e gap´s, com foco na oportunidade de eficiência operacional.Interagir com a 1ª linha (áreas de negócios).Monitorar e atualizar a Matriz de Riscos e Controles e ferramentas de trabalho que suportam o time de Controles Internos e Riscos Operacionais.Acompanhar os Planos de Ação, conforme os riscos identificados.Atuar com visão consultiva, auxiliando os times a implementar melhorias e boas práticas de governança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:Experiência na Área: Sólida bagagem em Controles Internos e Risco Operacional atuando em nível Sênior.Mercado Financeiro / Regulado: Vivência comprovada no setor bancário, fintechs ou instituições reguladas pelo Banco Central.Gestão de Riscos & Processos: Prática em mapeamento/remapeamento de processos completos e no acompanhamento contínuo de Matriz de Riscos e Controles.Testes de Controles: Experiência direta na aplicação e condução de testes de aderência e efetividade de controles operacionais.Framework Metodológico: Domínio do framework COSO e familiaridade com metodologias de RCSA (Risk & Control Self Assessment).]Capacidade Analítica: Raciocínio lógico apurado, senso crítico e visão orientada à solução de problemas e eficiência.Comunicação e influência: Comunicação fluida,  para alinhar e engajar áreas de negócio e lideranças, construindo pontes para a cultura de riscos.Será diferencial se você tiver:   ●   Conhecimento do framework SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) ou COBITFamiliaridade com IA e Automação: Uso prático de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial Generativa no dia a dia para automações de processos.
