Estamos em busca de uma pessoa com interesse em atuar e se desenvolver na área de Controles Internos, apoiando atividades relacionadas ao mapeamento de processos, identificação de riscos, documentação de controles, testes, acompanhamento de planos de ação e organização de informações da área. A posição atuará em conjunto com o time de Controles Internos, contribuindo para a manutenção e melhoria do ambiente de controles da Companhia, com base em boas práticas de governança, gestão de riscos e controles internos. Se você tem perfil analítico, gosta de aprender, é organizado(a) e busca se desenvolver em um ambiente colaborativo, diverso e estimulante, essa pode ser a oportunidade certa para decolar na sua carreira!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Apoiar o time na realização de walkthroughs, entendimento de processos e documentação de riscos e controles internos;Auxiliar na execução de testes de controles, seguindo orientações, metodologias e procedimentos definidos pela área;Contribuir para a atualização da Matriz de Riscos e Controles, apoiando a organização e revisão das informações;Apoiar a coleta, organização e análise inicial de evidências relacionadas aos controles internos;Auxiliar no acompanhamento de planos de ação junto às áreas de negócio, contribuindo para o controle de prazos e status;Apoiar a preparação de relatórios, apresentações e materiais de acompanhamento da área;Contribuir com iniciativas de melhoria contínua, organização de bases, indicadores e informações de controles internos;Apoiar ações de disseminação da cultura de controles internos, como treinamentos, apresentações e workshops;Auxiliar no atendimento às auditorias internas e externas, apoiando a organização e envio das informações solicitadas;Desenvolver conhecimento sobre boas práticas de governança, controles internos, gestão de riscos, COSO e SOX.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:Graduação completa ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Gestão de Riscos ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;Interesse em aprender sobre Controles Internos, Riscos, Auditoria, Compliance ou Governança;Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e vontade de aprender;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil colaborativo, proativo e com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.O que pode somar ainda mais:Experiência anterior, estágio ou vivência acadêmica/profissional em Controles Internos, Auditoria, Riscos, Compliance, Processos ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico sobre SOX, COSO ou gestão de riscos;Inglês básico;Conhecimento em espanhol;Conhecimento básico em Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados.Informações adicionaisAqui, você voa mais alto com o Benefício Viagem, que te permite emitir passagens aéreas nacionais e internacionais com descontos especiais para você, familiares e amigos.E não podemos esquecer dos Benefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida em grupo;Vale-refeição;Vale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;Wellhub ou Totalpass;Clube de parcerias com centenas de empresas conveniadas;Day off de aniversário;PPR.Informações Importantes:Local de Trabalho: Sede - Granja Julieta.Horário: 8h-17h55.Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido 4x1 (Segunda a Quinta-feira - Presencial / Sexta-feira - Home Office).Se você se identifica com o nosso Jeito, inscreva-se agora e faça parte do Time de Águias!
