Com atuação cada vez mais adaptada às necessidades do mercado de importação, exportação e mercado interno, a empresa preza pela excelência na movimentação de contêineres no Brasil, focado na integração multimodal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo da posição:A área atua na avaliação dos processos da Companhia, identificação e acompanhamento de riscos, fortalecimento do ambiente de controles internos e suporte às áreas de negócio.

Como será seu dia a dia: Realizar a avaliação de processos, identificando riscos, controles existentes, fragilidades e oportunidades de melhoria;Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizadas matrizes de riscos e controles, fluxogramas e demais documentações dos processos;Executar walkthroughs e testes de desenho e efetividade dos controles internos, avaliando evidências e identificando eventuais deficiências;Apoiar as áreas na construção e acompanhamento de planos de ação para mitigação dos riscos;Atuar no suporte às auditorias internas e externas, contribuindo com o levantamento de informações, evidências e acompanhamento das recomendações;Auxílio na revisão de políticas e procedimentos e monitoramento dos prazos de revisão.Contribuir para projetos e iniciativas de fortalecimento do ambiente de controles internos da Companhia.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesE para tirar de letra, você precisa de:Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Direito

Controles internos, gestão de riscos e mapeamento de processos;Elaboração e manutenção de matriz de riscos e controles;Walkthrough e testes de controles internos;Metodologias e conceitos relacionados ao COSO;Auditoria interna ou externa;Excel e Pacote Office;Sistemas integrados de gestão, preferencialmente SAP B1.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Conhecimento em SOX e Segregação de Funções (SoD);Conhecimento em Power BI, análise de dados ou ferramentas de automação;Participação em projetos de melhoria de processos, implantação ou transformação de sistemas.Informações adicionaisCuidar de você faz parte do caminhoChegar em nossos destinos só faz sentido se você estiver junto, podendo contar com todo o cuidado, apoio e acolhimento necessários.
