Responsabilidades e atribuições Objetivo da posição

Atuar na governança de controles internos, riscos e acessos em ambiente SAP; Mapear e avaliar processos de negócio com foco em riscos, controles de TI e conformidade; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, automação de controles e geração de insights por meio da análise de dados; Apoiar auditorias e processos de tomada de decisão com base em informações estruturadas.

Principais Responsabilidades

Mapear e analisar processos empresariais e industriais com impacto em ITGC (IT General Controls); Identificar gaps, riscos e controles, propondo melhorias e desenhando fluxos de trabalho; Desenvolver, monitorar e reportar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs); Elaborar e manter políticas, procedimentos, normas e documentos técnicos; Aplicar e garantir aderência aos frameworks e regulamentações SOX, COBIT, COSO e PCAOB; Desenvolver e atualizar matrizes de riscos e controles (RCM); Atuar na governança de acessos SAP, realizando análise de acessos críticos e conflitos de segregação de funções (SoD); Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo evidências, análises e documentação; Utilizar ferramentas de análise de dados para automatização de controles e geração de insights; Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua em controles internos, gestão de riscos e compliance.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Economia, Engenharia (Civil, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas).Inglês avançado.Experiência sólida em Controles Internos, Gestão de Riscos ou Governança (GRC). Conhecimento em frameworks e regulamentações: SOX, COSO, COBIT e PCAOB. Experiência com gestão de acessos e controles de TI. Conhecimento em SAP, especialmente nos ambientes SAP GRC e SAP ECC. Conhecimento em Tecnologia da Informação e Cyber Security (diferencial). Experiência em análise de dados, indicadores de desempenho e automação de controles. Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados, como:
