Apoiando os valores e com alta diligência para toda a Hoya no Brasil, sempre seguindo as diretrizes dos líderes globais da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear processos da cadeia de valor de áreas com complexidade alta;Atuar como um multiplicador e motivador em toda a empresa da importância da Gestão de Processos de Negócios e Gestão de Riscos;Identificar os riscos e controles internos dos processos de negócio de média e alta complexidade/especificidade;Executar testes de controles internos;Avaliar controles e demais melhorias nos processos de negócio, bem como acompanhar suas implementações;Garantir o cumprimento das normas internas e legislações aplicáveis;Desenvolver e implementar políticas e procedimentos de acordo com as diretrizes globais e regionais da empresa;Atuar como integrador nos processos entre as áreas de negócio e as áreas de apoio;Preencher/atualizar a Matriz de Riscos e Controles Internos;Atuar como um multiplicador e motivador em toda a empresa da importância da Gestão de Riscos e Controles Internos;Atualizar os KPI’s da Gestão de Riscos e Controles Internos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração, Contábeis ou áreas correlatas a função.Inglês AvançadoExperiência com Gestão de Riscos e/ou Big4.Identificação e Avaliação de Riscos e Controles Internos.Monitoramento e Implementação de Planos de AçãoMapeamento Processos de Processos de NegóciosApresentação de Resultados para Alta Administração.Boa relação interpessoal
