A pessoa será responsável por garantir a saúde financeira da carteira de clientes, equilibrando a liberação de crédito com a mitigação de riscos de inadimplência.Se você é organizado(a), gosta de números e quer desenvolver sua carreira em um ambiente colaborativo, essa oportunidade é pra você!Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar análise de crédito de clientes pessoa jurídica, definindo limites e condições com base em indicadores financeiros, histórico e comportamento de pagamento. Conduzir a cobrança de títulos em atraso (régua de cobrança, negociação de dívidas, acordos e renegociações) junto a clientes B2B. Monitorar indicadores de inadimplência, aging de carteira e DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), propondo ações corretivas. Avaliar solicitações de aumento de limite de crédito e revisões periódicas de cadastro. Interagir com as áreas comercial, financeira e jurídica para tratativas de casos críticos e encaminhamento de cobrança judicial/protesto quando necessário. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais de crédito e cobrança para a liderança. Propor e implementar melhorias em políticas, processos e critérios de crédito.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida (2+ anos) com negociação de dívidas e recuperação de crédito. Conhecimento em análise de balanços, indicadores financeiros e score de crédito. Domínio de Excel intermediário/avançado. Vivência com bureaus de crédito (Serasa, SPC, Boa Vista) e sistemas de gestão (ERP/CRM).Diferenciais

Experiência no setor de construção civil ou industrial (materiais de construção, componentes, distribuição). Conhecimento em TOTVS Protheus. Vivência com cobrança judicial e relacionamento com escritórios jurídicos.
