Descrição da vagaBuscamos um(a) profissional para atuar de forma analítica e estratégica na avaliação de risco de crédito, por meio da análise aprofundada de demonstrações financeiras, entendimento da dinâmica operacional e setorial dos clientes, leitura do cenário macroeconômico e das condições de mercado, assegurando decisões de crédito alinhadas à sustentabilidade financeira, rentabilidade e mitigação de riscos da Betunel.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análise econômico-financeira completa dos clientes, com leitura crítica de balanços patrimoniais, demonstrações de resultados, fluxo de caixa, endividamento, estrutura de capital, liquidez, rentabilidade e capacidade de geração de caixa;Avaliar a capacidade de pagamento e de execução operacional dos clientes, considerando histórico de adimplência, carteira de contratos/obras, perfil de recebíveis (especialmente públicos), concentração de risco, garantias e exposição global de crédito;Analisar o posicionamento do cliente no mercado, seu setor de atuação, nível de competitividade, dependência de contratos públicos ou privados, ciclo do negócio e sensibilidade a variações econômicas;Monitorar o cenário macroeconômico e setorial (juros, inflação, crédito, investimentos em infraestrutura, orçamento público, funding bancário), avaliando impactos diretos na capacidade financeira dos clientes e no risco da carteira;Calcular e revisar limites e necessidades de crédito com base na programação de vendas, volumes contratados, preços, exposição já concedida, garantias existentes e perfil de risco;Propor atualizações na Política de Crédito, considerando mudanças econômicas, regulatórias, práticas de mercado, custos financeiros, execução de garantias e estratégias da concorrência;Estruturar, aprimorar e operacionalizar modelos de análise de crédito, critérios de rating, segmentação de risco e instrumentos de mitigação;Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de risco (aging, concentração, exposição, inadimplência, comportamento de pagamento);Contribuir para a automação das análises, segurança das informações e uso de ferramentas analíticas e dashboards para suporte à tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Ciências Econômicas, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas,Conhecimento da dinâmica de diferentes fontes de recursos (capital próprio, crédito bancário, recebíveis, contratos públicos).Conhecimento em análise de balanços, DRE, fluxo de caixa e indicadores financeiros;Conhecimento em finanças corporativas e matemática financeira;Conhecimento em técnicas de análise de crédito e gestão de risco;Análise de mercado, tendências macro e microeconômicas;Conhecimento avançado em Excel;Conhecimento em Power BI e construção de dashboards analíticos;Noções de legislação relacionada a crédito, garantias e execução.Experiência em análise de crédito, preferencialmente em setores de infraestrutura, construção, indústria ou serviços B2B;Vivência em análise de demonstrações financeiras, avaliação de risco, leitura de mercado e acompanhamento de clientes;Experiência com análise de concorrência, ambiente econômico e movimentações setoriais;
